Try to keep your record on here. I don't count units....Just wins and losses. I just came out of 1-14 streak myself. I know exactly how you feel. Keep your head up.
I think..that picking games and putting money on games is a big difference for me. When I lay money...I try to pick the best game possible and put more on it..I lose that way. I think posting here will help me pick games without over thinking it. Once I get out of this slump I will be laying money again...

I only bet NBA and NFL, so I've been gone for a while. But I need to bet about 200 more bucks to satisfy a stupid requirement and withdrawal my money. So I tried baseball. My "research" consisted of looking at pitcher's ERAs, team records, and other people's picks and going "meh, I'll probably go 2-3, which is fine." Blammo. Right in my eye.

I think the thread is mainly for people to let off a little steam and for once to have a laugh at themselves. I think most people around here wager on sports because they enjoy it and some are willing to admit they aren't that good at it.
Most of us have gone through streaks where we feel like we can't do anything right. It's good that some can find humor in it and laugh at themselves.Comment -

BTW: my MLB stinks but I'm good at NBA (67% playoffs) so I don't recommend fading my NBA plays.
Braves (Hanson) -120 v Angels (Pineiro) - everything about this game screams TRAP. Think Pinieiro is overrated and Braves bats should be better than they're playing.
Padres (Richards) +107 v Mariners (Pineda) - again, I think it's another trap game, no way Pineda should be -117 to Padres, think Mariners will be resting and come out blazing when King felix plays tomorrow.
Orioles (Guthrie) v Nats (Lannan) - don't know much about either teams but I'm playing my "system".
Cubs (Zambrano)+142 v Red Sox (Aceves) - reverse line movement tells me Red Sox is the play but Zambrano is my good luck charm, he usually pulls a win for me in miracle circumstances, besides Cubs is another "system" play for me.
Rangers (Lewis) v Phillies (Lee) and Under 7 - Woah, Phillies suck, it's for real, I expect another really low game and I'm fading Lee. Rangers should have Lee figured out and he's not having a stellar year, just need 1-2 runs from him or the reliefs, as Phillies couldn't score if my niece was pitching to them.
