Hey, just curious, do you ever play -1 RL? I usually play that instead of -1.5 RL because I get the push in one run games like Boston last night.

LTA, yeah, I do play -1 RLs. Last night, I just thought Beckett would shut down the rays, didn't expect Nieman to do the same to the bosox hahaha. I actually don't play RLs that often, can't stomach it. I still have nightmares of 5 run leads going into the 9th and out of bullpen comes Bobby Jenks.....Comment -

i like Vogelson and the Giants too..but they are outside my personal limits of faves <-125.
during may/june, i like to roll with doggies and faves <-120
as july/august comes around and the contenders start to separate from pretenders, i slowly roll to faves below -125 juice.
just my personal taste, that's all. Helps me from going overboard on plays.

This is a good article on Pitcher metric "K% vs. K9". From article:
"....knowing a pitcher’s K% is important for at least two reasons (in that it’s predictive of BABIP allowed and home runs per fly ball).
