Yes, I do. Garcia is a young stud, and the two guys getting playing time for injured Holliday (Craig and Jay) both have some pop at the plate. Red Birds will not get swept in their season opening series at Bush. BOL.

Beachy was lights-out for the Braves this spring, and Narveson was a gascan. Hate to fade a good offense in their home opener, but this staff looked pretty bad in the CIN series and I expect it to continue Monday.

Going to keep my eye on two totals as well:

ATL/MIL under 8.5
SEA/TEX under 9

ATL/MIL will be a big public over if I had to guess, but it's already dropped from 9 to 8.5 and the over's getting juiced pretty hard right now at that spot. If it stays at 8.5, I might make a small play on the under there at + money and see where it takes me.

I never have good luck when I switch plays at the last minute, played the braves. Over in the pirates/cards game looks good. Lohse and Morton have gotten hit hard by the opposing teams.

I think it's a tossup. I'd give the edge to the O's in their home opener, but you might be right on the hangover angle. Wouldn't be surprised either way.

Aggravating loss with Milwaukee, both because I leaned the other way and because they had so many chances to pull ahead by more than just a run. I should send Nieves and Saito my bill for this one.

Of course, the O's are up big and the under's about to hit at Wrigley.
