Sbr 2011 mlb summer madness tourney
Two possibilities to qualify for the Sbr 2011 mlb summer madness tourney;
First possibility ;
* There will be 17 qualifying rounds prior to the tourney, top 3 players from each round will get an invitation pass to the tourney wich begins August 8 2011.
* only 4 sbr points are required to enter a qualifying round.
* if you got an invitation pass to the August 8 2011 tourney, you can re-enter a qualifying round for sbr points*. 1rst place 125pts, 2nd place 75pts, 3rd place 50pts.
* if someone has finished in the top 3 a second time then invitation pass gets transfered down to next player. So for example, if players with a pass re-enter a qualification round and finish 2nd and 4th respectably, players 1,3,5 get the pass to the tourney, 2nd place gets the 75sbr pts because he all ready has his pass, and 4th place gets nothing because he already has his pass and is not in the prize range.
Second possibility ;
* 12 more players with the best overall (net units) qualifications record will get a pass to the tourney. You must participate in at least 12 qualifying rounds. Again, if one of the top 12 players has already qualified, then pass gets transfered down to the next best overall record.
*Prize pts will be given to the top 10 overall (net units)qualifications records. You must participate in at least 12 qualifying rounds .*Prize pts to be determined.

Sweet 16 round....... Monday aug 22 – Sunday aug 29
Elite 8 round ........... Monday aug 29 – Sunday sep 4
Final 4 round .......... Monday sep 5 – Sunday sep 11
Championship round Monday sep 12 – Sunday sep 18
prizes* for tourney:
1rst place ...............1500 sbr points
2nd place ................800 sbr points
3rd-4th place.............400 sbr points
5th-8th place...............200 sbr points
9th- 16th place ...........100 sbr points
17th-32nd place...........60 sbr points
* theses sbr points prizes are guaranteed but can increase
* note that all prize pts winners during the qualifying rounds will be reversed by SBR
