for some reason though I am hesitant to bet on totals ... don't know why but I'd rather take a side.

I agree, I usually don't play totals and I'm still not sure if I'll play it... but with Hernandez pitching and the Mariners' inability to score runs in general, it's hard to imagine a total higher than 6.
