2011 Official season series record 20-1 (v1)
(A) 11-10
(B) 7-3
(C) 2-1
V2 plays 7-4
V3 system 3-1
Unofficial series 23-0
Official
(8/03/2011) Kansas City (.477) v Baltimore (.483) M/L (B) V2 Win
Optional
(8/03/2011) San Diego (.477) v LA Dodgers (.484) M/L (C) Win
Next Plays
(8/05/2011) Cleveland @ Texas
(8/05/2011) Seattle @ LA Angels
(8/05/2011) Houston v Milwaukee
(8/05/2011) NY Yankees @ Boston *
Upcoming Plays
(8/08/2011) Houston @ Arizona
(8/08/2011) Seattle @ Texas
Notes: Way to go on the wins. I had an awesome day yesterday. I hit on SDG and KAN and I also parlayed them for extra profit. The next batch of plays looks like 2 official and 2 unofficial depending on that Yanks/Sox series. I see G's has been auditing my work for me. Out of 6 possible sweeps yesterday there were 2 and a rain delay. Not sure when the FLA/NYM series will finish but I'll find out and get it up there. There is a future play on only one of the sweeps. Mark it down: OAK v SEA (9/02/2011). Hope you all played that (C) bet it looked solid to me. There are 3 possible sweeps today. Will update in the morning with the system plays. GL all
* On that NYY/BOS series I'm not sure if Morrison will call it a play because that was the second time the Yanks were swept this year by the Sox. A few people have mentioned it won't be a play but I have seen in the past where it is. We'll wait and see what JM does. Personally I think it will be a great play even if it's not a Morrison play. Sweeping a good team 3 times in a row is next to impossible.Comment -

#7531Yes, it was looking like 1-0. However, at this point, I am exactly 0.30 units behind betting system the actual way, and I have 5 losses. One more win and I will be ahead of the standard JM high juice bet method. All my bets are M/L on dogs and -1 1/2 on Favs. Sometimes on fav's -106 to -110 I will play M/L if team is home. But mostly runlines. Never +1 1/2.Comment -

G, please stop posting.
My post is only a statement about Wallco's unlucky MLB year. He has made a ton fo money on NBA, simply this MLB system hasn't worked this year.
I was a follower but I had to quit one month ago, not b/c of the lossess but for the not valuable projected ROI, even with more wins.
Today I can say I was right but I won't flame this thread as you.
Following or not is a personal choice. Ever.
Good luck for the rest of the season Wallco, I'll keep an eye on your NBA Chase thread for 2011/2012 if you'll decide to open it.Comment -

** Do not place any wagers on teams unless the word “Official” appears next to the game. All lines and standings are based on final lines from ScoresandOdds.com. Some of the unofficial plays may change to the other team by game time. Official plays will not change. Keep checking for updated posts until all games are marked “official”. If your book is offering (+1½) on the (-1½) plays above, buy the alternate line for (-1½) on the team I have listed at (-1½), not the other team. NEVER PLAY (+1½) LINE ON ANY GAME IN THIS SYSTEM.
System backtest can be found in post #3446.
The v1 plays may change to the other team by game time. The v2 plays will not change teams, but may change (M/L) or (R/L), the team will usually remain the same. Once Official, nothing will change. We have to be careful when playing a game that qualifies for both v1 and v2, because if a team should switch, we may be playing both sides later in the series, or we could even start out on both sides. The system will count all games as wins/losses, how you play them is your discretion. If not otherwise marked, the play will be v1.Comment -

#7538I dont comment much on this thread, but seriously this banter is just useless. Is G a troll? Yes, of course. Is he/she right? Yes, of course. I mean, look a the numbers right now. The system is down almost 50 units YTD (23 finished, 25 still open). I dont know how anyone can call this system a success THIS YEAR. Historically the numbers look good, but this year, the system is straight garbo. Who knows, maybe the last month of the season it goes up 100 units, but so far, this season is straight bunk.Comment -

As far as it worked on paper and not here...you can make just about anything work on paper...it never worked unless it worked here... Also by the time minus$$$ is getting to "D" which is daily...I am guessing the amounts are way over the limits at some books...and with odds never shown the loss amount fudged...obviously...
He will just increase total series from a few to now sometimes 8 a day until he gets back to even...reality no...but just the same as hiding a bad system by going 2x...5x 10x 20x till you win...the system did not work for several reasons...at this point he has washed out most that did follow and seriously there are limits at these books and they apparently for "thread" purposes are ignored...
Maybe your excitement for the day can be that guy rizzo coming in your thread to remind everyone it is a system he claimed to invent...now that was funny... Neither of you invented a chase that has been around forever...
but also you are just a copy and paste guy in your thread...there is nothing original about the system thread you post...one of the older chases in the books...but funny you kick waldo while he is down...
Maybe next year come up with a system for yourself...even a caveman could do the old just bet any fav over a certain amount...Last edited by G's pks; 08-04-11, 12:41 PM.Comment -

#7542Just pointing out the fact this guy uses a chance to attack waldo and me at the same time...neither of us have ever said a work about him...also my comments are aimed at systems not people if they work hooray! If not ...man up...make adjustments and do not ignore constructive advice...
Increasing from 2-3 series to 8-10 might help in the long run by increasing risk to eventually cover the losses...but with series overlapping...the losses growing and showing both teams in a game being bet on at once ...seriously.... some of you that have socks older than 5 years might see big holes in this system...for the rest carry on the books need you to keep feeding them...Last edited by G's pks; 08-04-11, 01:13 PM.Comment -

#7546That's an understatement. They've completely screwed us this season. They lose when we're tailing them and win when we're fading them. I'd estimate they're responsible for at least half of the systems losses in units.
Earlier this season, one smart individual even said he was done with series involving the Cubs.

#7552Wallco, the 2 D Bet losses on Pittsburgh brought my involvement with the MLB Plu$$$$ system to an end, tonight. Colorado, at the moment, need 2 runs in the next 3 innings to avoid yet another D bet loss, so the pressure is on.
Anyway, for me, the war is over this year. Due to the fact that you have lodged yourself here in a JM thread, I will be able to monitor your progress over the next 7 weeks or so, but I don't see you getting out of the red. Good luck, anyway.

#7553That really is an understatement. Looks like a repeat of 2006, kind of disappointing because I know how great of results this system can and has produced. Just not working too well for us right now. Bad time for the Cubs first winning streak of the year. I guess the only responsible thing to do is shut it down for a while. Sorry to everyone who got caught up in the downspin. I will try to find a common thread to all the losses for the past seven seasons and see if there are any changes that can be made to improve system without eliminating too many wins and playing too many high odds favorites. No team has ever been involved in more than two losses in any season. The Cubs have managed to obliterate that stat. I will continue to play out the season on my own, I know how quickly monies can be made up, provided the losses stop at some point. Thanks to everyone who hung around, even during the bleak period, and once again I apologize for this years results. But no system's results can be predetermined, regardless of the success of extended backtesting. This system showed almost 600 units of profit over the past six years, including a horrible year in 2006. So I am not going to totally disregard that because of a down year in 2011, which no one still knows, may turn positive. I may still post it so people can monitor it if they wish, I haven't decided. And negative posters who will be saying not to, will not help sway my decision one bit.Last edited by Wallco99; 08-04-11, 09:47 PM.Comment -

#7554Not sure if you still have your system up for sale or not, but think it may be helpful for others to see how it works and to do some backtesting for their own peace of mind. I have tailed in and out and have been lucky enough to dodge some of the tough series.. but if i had not, and had lost a decent bit,I just know that personally, it may help (not that I would have the time to do any of the backtesting though)... but just a thought.. keep your head up man, its been a tough few months, but this is a 365 day grind, and these few months are just a small segment in the big pictureLast edited by dlunc3; 08-04-11, 09:57 PM.Comment -

#7555It's not up for sale, I was paid in full at the beginning, I stated this when we first started. He will be looking at overall units not individual season results. How he chooses to market it after this bad stretch is going to be interesting to see. What he names it and how he tries to sell it is not my job. I am paid and done, I was just trying to help get the word out there on something that looked really good at the time, and to me still does. I will try to look for flaws and make it better for him if I can. But whether anyone plays it or not anymore really doesn't matter. I will probably still post picks so people can see that I am giving honest results, even when the results are bad. I was going to wait until the end and just post the final results. The problem is, if they end up bad, people will believe it, however if they happen to turn around like the majority of the seasons have, then no one would believe I was posting honest results unless they saw them through.Comment -

#7558It may not be producing as well as past seasons, but I will not run and hide like many others do. I will take the hits and criticism, some which may be deserved, some from a lonely bold print woman who has nothing better to do, and thinks her fantasy gambling system is the best thing on this forum, when in reality, it is a giant waste of time. This system may lose big at times, but when it wins, it wins huge. One thing the nickel and dime lady will never get. That is why we are here, to potentially make money. Not a handful of units after hundreds and hundreds of hours spent on here, then pat herself on the back and pump out her chest and say "Look how great I am, I am up a unit, nobody appreciates me, every other thread sucks and mine is great, everybody give me points or I will stop posting, I am the only person who knows anything, if your system isn't exactly like my complicated very low return system, it has to suck, favorites only, I am here to save everyone, and her favorite line - 'you are doing exactly what I am doing to everyone else, I am going to report you for that', blah...blah...blah...". What a whining little bitch. Good or bad, I will finish what I came here to start. I called her a "bitch", guess the mods will be here shortly, I better get prepared! When you have to constantly bring up how bad other systems are doing as the only means to make your own useless system look profitable, than what kind of a system do you really have anyway. Every time someone questions why her system never makes any money, the only answer ever is: "it doesn't matter, look how bad these other systems are doing, so even though I stay about even all year and waste so much time and effort, that has to make it great". She calls it conservative, but she's afraid, what's really the point. It's like playing Texas hold 'em for fun, boring and pointless.Last edited by Wallco99; 08-05-11, 12:13 AM.Comment -
