Something told me to stay away from the RL.. Well if the Pistons win tomorrow we'll be

2-0 +2.33 Units

Definitely going to wager on the Padres via ML tomorrow. Not sure about the amount quite yet. Suggestions are always welcomed.

I was close but I had the giants +1.5 runs and had the over 7.5 runs. I had predicted a 5-4 giants victory but it went the other way as the giants lost 5-4.

I like the under 7.5 runs in the giants/padres game. Matt Cain has pitched very well at Petco Park in his short career. And we know that the padres are a horrible at night games. Padre hitters have difficulties in picking up pitches in the twilight. The giants offense has been productive of late but that will be shortlived. Look for maddux to bounce back and get his 350th victory. Neither team is much of a threat on offense and especially in night games under nippy weather conditions. Its going to be a cold night in San DIego tommorrow.

i'd stay away from fading giants in that reds series

The Reds are a truly awful team. After getting beat up on the road, I think the Giants come home and take a couple of those. I like your long-term Giants fade, but minus that particular series.

While I agree that fading the Giants is a good idea, I think every 5th game that Lincecum is on the bump, I will take my chances with him at plus money every time. Kid has some absolutely filthy stuff.

Giants won their last two games because Hoffman is horrible and SD can't hit the ball to save their lives. Two coin flip games that went in the Giants favor, nothing more nothing less. SD had bases loaded with one out and got nothing out of it..

Still feel good about this, just got a bit unlucky in the last two games or we'd be ahead above 2 units going into today. I personally like the Reds chances today.

I am finding the Giants to be a seriously good dog when Lincecum and Sanchez pitch. Plus line on those two guys has been prime. No let up yet for Lincecum. And Sanchez has been improving every game. Wilson is first or second now in the NL in saves (I think he has 8). They have three guys hitting over 300. I like them leading off with Lewis and Velez. Molina has heard the whispers, and has something to prove, and is far exceeding expectations with the bat. But, most importantly, they just seem stoked. You can see it in the dugout shots, even during their losses in a way. I believe that having Bonds out of there -- and just being regular baseballers again -- has lightened the universe for them. It was totally dysfunctional with the Big Ego in their midst. Now they can have some positive team dynamics again. It must feel great. Don't get me wrong, the Giants are going to lose lots of games, especially when their lesser pitchers throw, and especially away from home against good pitching. They will probably have some terrible losing streaks during the season. You may well come out fine fading them in this stretch in fact (GL. I hope you hit it.). But I've taken a different tack with them. I think now and then there is excellent value in the Giants.

But ... then ... I've been a hella fade for a while lately. Fell like a rock in the Big Unit thing. Anyway. Best to you all this weekend.
