hit for 2500 last night but i lost a bundle on tuesday so im only up a few bucks thank god i was coaching bball last night and only got the late games in cause i would have lost money on the 7 and 8 oclock games

im assuming it was a typo and tim welke was at 3b....i dont know. this A4 system is a pain in the ass to follow, but thankfully it has been well worth the effort.

1. It seems there are several umps who have distinct over/under leans this season. Timmons and Gorman are two examples. Is there a reason your system doesn't add in new umps during the year? Is it just a sample size issue?

2. How strict are you with your A1-A3 plays? For example, does the Yankees under not qualify tonight because Hellickson is at 1.19 rather than 1.00 or below?

1. the A4 system factors in umps who have had a 58% or greater for the last 2 seasons. guys like timmons and gorman could become A4 umps next year, if they had performed the same way in 2010. i can do an in season revision and add umps, but id rather get the full season sample size.

2. correct - if you look at post #1 of this thread you will see the formula i use for A1, A2, and A3. 1.00 or < and 1.80 or > is a must for the pitchers last 3 starts.
