Phillies vs Giants hedge bet

Giants Outright +140
Phillies by 1.5 +150

going to put in a small wager to see if I can win a .4 or .5 units, if phillies win i can see them winning by a lot as they dominated last time up on sanchez at home while oswalt was a complete stud

Just bet a +2 1/2 if you want to risk big for a small profit IMO

Reverse middle bets like these have a small upside and a much larger downside; especially in baseball where the fav winning by exactly 1 isn't a rare event. However, if you truly believe this is +EV (ie, Pr(fav win by 1) < .2), then more power to you; good luck!
