1 hitter through the 6th today, but it's Bautista's 50th. Ichiro has his 2 hits for 200. Still zero run support. 1-0 Jays.
Felix easy 20 game winner for Yanks. Quite possibly 25 IMO.

Yankee stadium favors lefties, so I would say about the same projections as CC though Hernandez is a better pitcher

It will depend on if they score runs for him. All it takes is a handful of games they struggle to score and the wins turn into losses.

If all the breaks swing to his favor (like that ridiculous roger clemens year) than he has a legit shot. It would take a career year though, not going to happen on a routine basis even with the Yankees.

Whoever says he would win 25 is on crack.
He might strike people out a lot but he would be a righty pitching at yankee stadium, nevertheless.
around 20 wins IF he pitches as well as this year.

He'd be playing in the best division in the league. A lot of good hitters on that coast. 15. 20 at best.

for those who think Felix would struggle in the AL East, go look at his stats against the Yankees.

He has had 9 games where he gave up 2 earned runs or less and got the L add 4 more losses with only giving up 3 runs and you are at your 25 win mark. He is getting right about 3 runs support per game. CC is getting about 5.8 runs per game and has almost a full run higher era. You do the math. He may give up more runs in yankee stadium but he will get equal (more likely more) run support.

I thought Halladay would win 27-30 games with Philly. Especially with the fast start he had but that obviously didn't happen. It takes a ton of breaks to even have a chance at 24-25 nowadays.

He won't pitch this well if he's getting good run support. He won't be any better than CC in NY.

I think he's better than CC, heck even David Price is better than CC, but only has 18 wins for the Rays.

Moving to big market teams screws with people's heads... He can throw 1 run baseball every start in Seattle where no one watches, but when he moves to new york all eyes will be on him and it would bring an enormous amount of pressure. Not to mention moving to new york from seattle would mean moving from one of the best pitchers parks in AL to one of the worst...
So no, he wont be an easy 20 game winner if he joins the Yankees...

he is solid and would win at least 20 maybe 25 and would be a solid addition to a shaky pitching staff

I think the chances of winning 25 for the Yankees would be very realistic.
Hopefully not expected. That is what causes the mental to way in negatively.

I can't believe that people totally ignore the fact that many playable flyballs for Ichiro on SAfeco would be a home run on the bleachers at the Yank Stadium.
Would I want to have Felix on the rotation? YES, OBVIOUSLY.
Well, at least the Yank bullpen is way better than Seattle, that has to count for something.
Either way, he WOULD NOT HAVE 25 WINS WITH THE YANKEES, PERIOD.

Wrong. He's pitched twice this year in Yankee Stadium.

I think he would win 22-24 games. Yankee stadium might be tough to pitch in but he also has the best offense in the league. So both pitchers will struggle with the game
