Hard to say if this is a trap or not.

I remember in March for NCAAB, a total was at 108 (like 20 points below the average low of totals), and it sailed over by about 20 points.

Just saying that things can be overthought and books can end up getting burnt for trying to play cute setting up traps with seemingly ridiculous lines.

Latos has given up 2 runs or less in his last 12 starts, so would take him over both Doc or CC at the current time. When a line is usually this I would tend to play the under with the assumption the linemakers know something or else they wouldn't be throwing out such a short line. With that said, the thing that would scare me away from the under is Kershaw because he can have control issues at anytime; he could be moving along and then that 1 inning comes along where he walks 2 and then gives up a 2 run double or something along those lines. As someone else alreay mentioned as well, 2-2 gets you at least a push so don't see how I could play the under here even if it is the correct play.

Here is something very interesting. The FF total is 3 -110. Last time the total was 6 the under 3 was heavily juiced at like -150 or something crazy like that. Something doesn't smell right with the FF total. I bet it goes over.
