I agree on the second part, but allowing Congress the hypocrisy themselves? Are you serious? Are you going to let judges, law enforcement agencies, etc., operate scot-free on such issues that have far more grave consequences and demand throwing the book at an athlete for lying about taking performance enhancing drugs? Really? Did you believe the tesitmony that Fehr and Selig gave about not knowing? Selig was reminded no less than four times that he was under oath during the testimony he gave in January 2007, and still lied.
