Has there been a worse beat than the dodgers blowing a 6-2 lead in the 9th with 1 out? If so, share

Wasn't there an 8-2 game that was lost in the 9th recently?

i hedged at the top of the 9th. paying +1200.
figured it was worth .1 of a unit to ensure it isn't a losing day.
the sporting gods are with me after a blowout terrible day yesterday.

I think it was about a month ago, Dodgers also. They were down by 1 I believe in the bottom of the 9th and the only way the over would hit was with a walk off slam. Yep, it went over. I won a bad bet on the over

last year on memorial day the indians scored like 9 runs in the 9th to beat the rays. i think it was those two teams. if you're curious go back and look up the scores for memorial day '09, that is the worst beat in two years easy.

yeah, too many excuses going around. yankees were apparently the call. too much for the dodgers to handle.
if you had the dodgers like i did, you were overjoyed that you might just have picked the game where the yanks lost on fukking bunts. that shit didn't fly when it was all said and done.

It was only about 10 days ago that the Twins rallied from 5 down in the last to go past philis.
I didn't hedge that game and lost big.

Nowhere near #1 this year even.. Not even top 3 or 5.. To name a couple, the Braves gave up 7 in the bottom of the 9th, and like last week the Phillies vs the Twins gave up 5 in the 9th, 1 in the 10th, and 3 in the 11th..

Plus it was the Yankees that dished it out, so that makes it less of a "bad beat"

Haha ok I didn't mean it was the worst beat in the decade or anything. I just wanted to hear the stories of bad beats so that this dodgers lose wouldn't feel so bad. I do remember the Cincinnati collapse, that was unreal.

Last week or so, Philly leading 9-4 into 9 innings, and let Twins sneak back to tied the game, then wiped Philly a** in 13th inning 13-10 or something.
Not only I was shocked because I had Philly, there are couple of my customers showed up in my business, and when they look up the TV, I feel smoke came out of their ears. They told me, they left the game at 8th innings, to get to my place early to beat the traffic. No way in hell, they would expect a melt down like that from Philly at home.
Last night I had Dodger too
