He's probably the 2nd best pitcher in baseball right now, behind U Jimenez. I think he'll win the rookie of the year award.

this year? no way, he'll get probably 20 starts max. this season (organization's got a IP limit on him), so that'll roughly be a 75%-90% winning percentage.
