Some good Game 3s tomorrow:

Texas-TCU: Still maintain the Longhorns pedigree and pitching will get them through. Could be a good UNDER shot if books raise the total based on Texas' big 14 run game today.

UCLA-CSF: Huge come back win for UCLA tonight. I thought UCLA would win this series when it started, pitching edge I think to the Bruins on Sunday with Rasmussen - the last of UCLA's Big 3 starting. Anything -160 or less, I'd probably side with UCLA.

FSU-Vanderbilt: Vandy got what they needed from their #1 starter to stave off elimination. Will be interesting to see whom each team starts. FSU is definitely up in the air with John Gast the pitcher who got most of the starts behind Gilmartin & Busch probably the leading candidate. Vandy goes with Jack Armstrong. Armstrong has been really bad lately with a 9.28 ERA in his last 3 starts. Could be a good game for an over depending on the total. A side is anyone's guess. I liked Vanderbilt to win the series, but it won't be easy.

I only did the handicap +2.5. Was waiting for the Arkansas ML for Sunday possibly with a better pitching match-up. I was hoping ASU would just get a run and win 7-6 there in the 9th. Extras worry me because anything can happen although there's only one scenario to screw the handicap at this point since ASU is batting last.

COASTAL CAROLINA
No price set yet, but if Coastal is no worse than their -125 or so price of today against South Carolina on Sunday, I like Coastal. Pitching match-up should favor them as Sam Dyson is expected to go for South Carolina, while Cody Wheeler goes for Coastal. The Gamecocks put up four runs early and held on to win 4-3 in Game 1. If Coastal can get off to a better start, I think Wheeler will help keep them in the game to the end. Coastal's 1-4 batters will need to be better in Game 2. Would be willing to take Coastal up to -135, maybe -140.

VANDERBILT-FLORIDA STATE OVER 10 [-115]
Like this total a lot as I thought it would be 11. Armstrong is indeed going for Vandy. Geoff Parker for FSU. The Commodores already know Parker well after hitting him hard for 4 runs in just 2.1 IP in Game 1 when he came on in relief. Parker's ERA as a starter this season was 10.54. This sets up well I think for Vanderbilt to continue to surprise with their offense and I'd expect that FSU with their season on the line will have theirs clicking too. All hands on deck from the bullpens in this elimination game. Should be some runs today.

TCU-TEXAS UNDER 11 [-115]
Well this total is in a good spot in my opinion, bumping up two full runs from Game 1 due to Texas' 14 run explosion yesterday. It's Brandon Workman for UT and Kyle Winkler for TCU. Winkler won't be awe struck in this spot as he was TCU's Game 1 pitcher in last year's Super Regional. He was okay, giving up four runs in what turnedo to be a Texas 10-4 win with the Horns salting it away with four runs late in the game. Workman is a junior who has also been around the block and pitched brilliantly against an outclassed Rider club in the regionals. I think today's game takes on a bit of the life of last year's finale. Texas got some runs early and won 5-2. Look for TCU's pitching to bounce back today and their offense still has to prove it can hit in the post-season at Disch-Falk Field in Austin. They have now played five games here in the past two seasons and have not scored more than four runs, scoring two or less in three of those.

The lack of clutch hitting in this Vandy-FSU game is irritating. It's 4-1 in the bottom of the 5th and both teams have left truck loads of men on base this afternoon. Should probably already be around 8 or more runs.

I was at Clemson's game yesterday, how do you feel about them rebounding tonight? 4 unearned runs killed them yesterday as well as leaving the bases loaded a couple times late.

Coastal was pathetic. They gave up 6 runs today with 2 outs. The inning that hurt them most was I think the 3rd. They were up 5-2. Two outs. NO ONE ON and they end up going to the next inning tied at 5. That team just seems doomed to never get past the Super Regionals. Solid program, but they cannot catch a break to get to the next level.

Finally someone got a big hit with the bases loaded in that FSU-Vanderbilt game. No worse than a push now, hopefully can get that one run that is needed.

A lot of money has come in on Arkansas today. Moneyline was +320 when it opened, now +255. Still thinking about later. Bama at +115 isn't a bad shot. Probably looking at UCLA -165. Stiff price though to pay for a team up against one that is more accustomed to advancing to Omaha. Pitching edge goes to UCLA though.

Yeah the chalk is high, but you must be kidding me that the books have given Arkansas an extra run on the handicap tonight with their best pitcher on the mound? I'll take my shot at this rather than going with UCLA straight up at -165. I think Arkansas behind their #1 pitcher will again have a chance to win this outright, but will certainly take a chance that they keep it within 3.
