I ran a Martingale (6 plays) using totals only in the 2007 MLB season. I opened with $2500 got it up to about $30,000 - lost it all in September. The bottom line here is no matter how appealing it seems or how long of a streak you can put together, in the end you will always go broke. Don't get me wrong here I'm not intending to be a hater, I just wanted to offer my advice to anyone who might be lured in by this thread.

I suppose you are correct. I had intended to run mine from opening day until the last game of the world series...my "infinity" came a little too early that season. People will slam a martingale system all day long due to the inevitable nature of the numbers, but one thing is for sure - its an exciting roller coaster ride! Good luck with this thread though, I'm pulling for you guys! BTW...I loved the Liriano pick last night as well (fu*kin' Yankees )
