Bad_Cat's Plays For Monday, May 10th

I guess I should have introduced myself as a new poster at SBR. I haven't posted plays or been a member of a forum before personally but I have past experience wagering on several sports with Baseball being one of them. I know these forums are a man's world but I enter with caution and with tremendous confidence in my abilities. I do not categorize my plays using a unit amount i do so with a dollar amount since that's what we are all trying to earn with wagering. I keep it simple and honest and easy to understand. I wager on just one game per day as I do not wager my life savings on sports. Good Luck to everyone.

Game Notes: The Marlin's starting pitching has yielded 3 runs or less in each of their last 8 games posting a 3.08 ERA in that span. Robertson has been anything but stellar so far this season but he is 1-0, with a 2.57 ERA in one start versus the Cubs. The Marlins have 5 players with a .333 batting average or higher versus Lilly. Lilly is 1-4 with a 4.54 ERA versus the fish.

I also contemplated on wagering the over 10 in the Det/NYY game but i was spooked with the wind direction even though its not a strong wind. It is enough to keep me off of the play. Also the chance of rain does not help either.

The Phillies game also looked tempting with two of the Rockies key starters out for tonight's game but everytime you load up on a team with these circumstances the injured team always seems to find a way to win.

Good luck Tiger-you sound like you're absolutely up on baseball. Hockey, football and basketball are more my style but I'm into baseball and learning different approaches. The "points" you earn by posting threads, etc and can purchase stuff, enter contests. Good luck and keep me posted.

Brad Thomas will replace Dontrelle Willis (illness) tonight.
He lasted three innings in his previous spot start, allowing four runs on eight hits.
Does that change your opinion on the over ?

Wow Mart very good info. I will stick with just the Marlins tonight and play the other two games in the contest. Looks like Brad Thomas is entering tonight's game from out of the bullpen. He has given up 10 runs in 16 innings out of the bullpen this season.
