its purely based on the wind...100%. As are almost all Wrigley totals.

I wanna ride with you on that under but can't pull the trigger. I'm confident Wells will have a solid outing but I do not trust Rodrigo. With that gas can on the mound, the Cubs can put up a lot of early runs.
