If you see a total that high at Wrigley it is solely based on the wind blowing out and thats the only reason. (FYI)

Guys,i know when you see over/under 13 it raises a few eyebrows but I am in Chicago and it's blowing about 25 with gusts up to 35mph from the south and that means towards left field. The balls will be flying out at Wrigley and Lilly gives up a lot of home runs anyway.
13-10 game is well within the possibility. Not saying which way to go but wanted to share the local weather scene with you.

wrigley is probably the only stadium that is more or less three different ballparks, depending upon the time of year. no other stadium has such a dramatic change due to weather like wrigley.
