Guys,i know when you see over/under 13 it raises a few eyebrows but I am in Chicago and it's blowing about 25 with gusts up to 35mph from the south and that means towards left field. The balls will be flying out at Wrigley and Lilly gives up a lot of home runs anyway.
13-10 game is well within the possibility. Not saying which way to go but wanted to share the local weather scene with you.

I don't know where you see 82% on the Over. I pay for a service that has the combined numbers for all sportsbooks and it's almost 70% on the Under and yet the line has gone from 12.5 up to 13. Either take the Over or leave the game alone.
