You should go read the rules in post #6, but in short because it is a sweep system and to qualify Houston would have had to have been swept earlier in the season.

i didnt know that filter. It was not mentioned anywhere, only that previous swept games will count, and houston vs oakland was very valid point. They played end of season last time and now immediately with new season. All the filters fit besides this new year number. How often this circumstance happens anyway? once in ten years hehe...
