i like the giants a lot and the cardinals would fit your thinking of a road team that lost too..im about ready to give up on bases and concentrate on football..im a grand down this week and not happy about that.....havent had a losing week in a while and dont want one now..i only have tomorrow and sunday to either get it back or dig a deeper hole...

Bro, I see the value and shit but I don't think it's very wise to bet on the arguably worst pitcher on the majors that's pitching for a team that's 1-9 in their last 10 against Reds on Ohio. and win less than 20% of the games against right-hander starters on the road.

BTW LB, Rockies are taking NL West. They have two series against the Dodgers that are already dead, one against Giants at home they should win easily, another against Arizona and they will wrap it up against St. Louis.

I agree on your analysis. Rockies look like easy winners of the west but the funny thing is there best pitcher is probably there worst pitcher right now out of the starters. They are deadly at home.

To Paul and MT;
I'm in San Diego and I gotta say that it's over for the Padres. The offense sucks A$$ and eventhough we get to the Post Season, we'll just get swept again or win 1-3.

I think the Rockies have a better chance at winning the West. The Padres go to Colorado on Monday for 3 games. Consider that a sweep.

The Giants somehow own the dodgers after bringing up Posey from the minors. MT, I don't know when the Giants/Dodgers rivalry all started, but what I do know is that Zona, SD, and SF don't like dodgers or their fans (I know, cuz I attend the games).

Dodgers had a good offense, but lately I'm guessing that they are playing poorly in a attempt to boycott the Owners, McCourts and their expensive divorce case. Some of their fans are also boycotting as they want them out before the dodgers get sold and sent somewhere else.

But anyways, that's just my opinion without offending anyone. It's been a good ride for the Padres, but they are done.

As for the Over 75.5, I couldn't find it on 5Dimes. So I lucked out.
