I bet dogs all the time. Had the Reds and Rays today. Suggested taking the Astros last night because Garland had no business being -200 plus. I also said that I should take all dogs for the night session in one of my threads, and I'd be up big. I passed on pretty much everything, but don't think for a minute I don't ride a good dog when I see one.

Agree with everything except the Pujols comment. Albert is the best hitter/Clutch hitter in the game right now. He can only do what is offered to him. He can't win a game alone if guys infrint of him don't get on base, but u can almost guarantee he'll get a clutch single, double or mainly a deep ball when needed

Well, I just got back home and it looks like my little dog experiment worked. Maybe that's a normal thing in MLB? I don't know but it definitely helped make a little of my money back. Screw these big favourites - I'm not taking any big ones again and I'm not even taking the RL for anything below +100 again. Even if I get smoked in the long run at least I'm only losing my original bet and not ridiculous juice anymore. Dogs hit - maybe even moreso in baseball than any other sport with the exception of tennis.

A bad team in baseball (The Pirates) loses a 100 games, round it off to 60-100

Reduce this throughout a season and a great team will go 5-3 in 8 games
While a shit team goes 3-5
