Not so sure about that, NYY just took the top spot in the AL east, with tampa and Boston breathing down their neck 1 game back. I don't think Girardi gives that spot up so easily.... Just my opinion

The aren't gonna win every game bud. Girardi knows this. Burnett is getting taxed and he's still in there cuz coach doesn't wanna burnout his bullpen the 1st game of the series. Being in 1st place his early in the season is irrelevant. If this were a playoff game, u think Burnett would still be in there?

No doubt they aren't going to win every game. All I am saying is Girardi aint throwing in the towel just yet, He still has burnett in there because he wants him to work himself out of this. If this were the post season he would have been out already, no doubt.
