I hadn't heard of Betislands until you mentioned it above Paco, so I took a gander and started to read up on a few of their rules, etc. I'm certainly not in favor of that ridiculous 'make up figure' as they call it at that sportsbook. Based of what it says, any amount withdrawn must be replaced before an additional bonus is granted or a customer is eligible for an additional bonus. Also noticed they don't offer a wide selection of deposit options. Wondering if they're relatively new to the scene, etc as well. Customer service is certainly a bonus in itself and I have to agree with you about the 5dimes customer service being very low class and somewhat unfriendly or downright cold. Not the first time either where I've read or heard someone mention the poor customer service at 5dimes.

To my knowledge they are 2 different entities. According to their website 5 dimes is affiiated with the following books- Bet any sports, sportbet, chinese bookie, viet bet, island casino.
