This bulls team is not championship caliber like many are assuming. Rose cannot do it on his own and Rip ain't gonna be the help they need.

Montae and Curry played MUCH better

Read somewhere Dirk said he is not motivated as much after winning ring last season. That's the difference between guys like Dirk and Kobe. Dirk is content after 1 ring and Kobe still is not content after 5. Gotta love Kobe's drive and passion for the game.

Who said that? I doubt it. Dirk kept repeating in German media how glad he is that a lockout happened because his season finished late (Finals and EURO championship). He said he feels rested and is looking forward to this season, but he and the team needs time to work out with all the new trades (I think he is referring Odom, they weren't exactly buddies before). Also Mavs are quite old. It will be difficult for them this season with a condensed schedule, they'll get exhausted quickly.

But overall, yeah I'm surprised how Lakers and Mavs are displaying right now.

This is and theyre an old rusty jump shooting team with like 8 new key players. Itll take a few games to gel but theyll end up in the top 6 or so. The year after their 06 Finals appearance they started out shitty as well and ended up winning 70 games.

uh, the the betfair thread where i made lots of cash? i had to spend 24 hours in front of a computer tracking team stats, money stream and watching the games daily. my wife won't approve me of that. also, it has been really time consuming and almost made me gone crazy. not really worth it. i rather put some money on a game and actually enjoy it, with some livebets when opportunities present itself.

i still do bet futbol, no worries. it's just winter break in Germany right now.
