I don't know why everyone is so surprised about Arizona beating Duke, if UCONN wouldve played them in the final four they probably would have beat them too. Michigan covered by a lot on the weekend and almost won SU, have we all forgotten that already? A 2 point squeak out win against Michigan should have been telling enough

Today my soccer picks are: Serbia ML, Holland ML and the Over 2.5 goals in Austria - Belgium. If anyone wants an extra bet just parlay Spain ML with another game.

Don't fall in the trap of Spain handicap like -1 or -2. I'm not saying they can't score a lot of goals, one of these days they'll score, and it could be today, we never know, but i'm looking at recent games, and they've been strugling to score, so be careful if you choose to play Spain with handicap.

It's hard to say really, personally i don't like "big plays" in one game, i know it's a clichet but there's nothing 100% sure and we all have seen big surprises, i'm always controled and never go beyond a determined percentage of my bankroll in any game, no matter how almost sure it is.

If you don't mind my advice don't try to recover what you lost in one big play, i know most people feel tempted about it, but keep your discipline Haz.

I believe the 3 games are winners, Serbia really needs to win and they're stronger than Northern Ireland, they're at home, but Serbia is also a team who strugles to score.

Holland is much stronger than Hungary, i believe they'll win, but Hungary at home can create problems.

The Over in Austria - Belgium is my strongest lean, both teams score a lot, and have weak defenses IMO

I gave you my thoughts and advice, i hope you follow and don't risk too much in one big play, but whatever you decide i wish good luck

Thank you for taking the time to write this up Met. You're right, and I need to remind myself that its a marathon and not a sprint. I'm just so mad at myself, normally I have good discipline and MM, but last night I chased after my first loss and dumped more coin down the drain. I swear ncaab always gets me. I need to stick to my strengths. I am going to tail you on these plays, and let's hope we sweep it. I would really like to hammer one play but like you said nothing is guarenteed. Its low and slow for me right now, have to rebuild a good percentage of my roll.

What leagues are those matches, Met?

Nice. I thought Paco was going to be all over that one.

I played it simply because of last year's matchup in the tourney. BYU won 99-92 in OT. Jimmer scored 37 that game, the next highest scorer for BYU was Michael Loyd for 26 (he was never talked about)....everyone else went 10 points or under. Loyd left the program after last year.

Just some things to look at when capping. Good luck to everyone tonight.

I'm on UNC tonight, I think they are more athletic, and more of a presence in the post...I think both teams are peaking, but I like the coach of UNC....that makes my lean into a play.

FSU also, I think they can cover the entire court defensively, they showed that against ND, they're peaking too. Their 7 ft guy, can shoot better on the outside/inside better than VCU's 7 ft guy. Should be a great game, I think the Cinderella run is over.

Small lean to Richmond. They are a good team, don't think they'll win, but I think they will scrap and keep it close.

BTW....if anyone has any leans to the Clippers/Lakers game, let me know. I'll be going to my first Lakers game tonight. "CAN'T WAIT!!"

Thanks for the points Haz, and you're welcome about the writing, you'll recover slowly one game after the other. These plays are not of leagues, it's the qualification for the European championship of 2012.

Thanks Xtrzor i knew about the empty stadium, after what happened in Italy it could only be so, but like you said i think they'll win anyway, there's a good quality difference between both teams, and Serbia really needs the win. Let's hope for the best.
