Milan -1 can be risky because Tottenham is capable of scoring in Italy, but if you're confident about it why not split your stake half on ML, half on -1 if Milan wins like i expect them to, the worse it could happen would be half your stake being a push

These games are always hard to bet with spread, because in this stage it's only 2 games and loser gets kicked, so teams tend to take less risks, if they get an advantage they won't risk much in searching for another goal, specially an italian team, if Milan scores first they will keep attacking without taking too many risks, probably giving the ball to Tottenham and playing only in counter attack.

I just jumped on the ML. I hate taking the spread when it comes to soccer. I like the over in this game as well. I think both teams score. 2-1 Milan

What happened is something that happens a lot in soccer, Milan dominating, Milan creating good chances to score and missing those chances, close to the end of the match Tottenham in a successful counter attack scored and won, BTW an excellent game made by Tottenham goal keeper, he saved some sure goals.
