I think the Celtics will send the Heat home in the playoffs. Heat will get another season to work on it. Then they will be the next big team in the NBA for years to come.

Agree! only thing thats gonna hold them back is probably D-wade or bosh health... if they can manage that this is team to fear unless u get a new carmelo + amare or another big team with Carmelo... lakers is gas out

i do think this may be the last celts run. but if lebron has that click where he 'gets' it in the 4th quarter? he is at that age where the great ones achieve it. and he is ahead of the curve so we'll see.

If Lakers can land Carmelo Anthony then yes they could still contend. Other wise they will just fall to an above mediocre team. Kind of like the Spurs.

I'm pulling for Boston to win it this season. They deserve it and let's face it the team as a whole isn't getting any younger. As you said this is probably the Celtics last run with the players they have right now.

IMO he as turned out to be a bust for the Lakers. He always is injured with the bad knee, he is clumsy and is slow. They could have put all that money into some other quality players. What gets me is they continue to work with Bynum and still think he is worth the money.

big men are a commodity. and with his youth, he can lead them into the next decade. but those oft injured guys typically stay that way. knicks season is a heartbeat from dying because amare is gonna miss at least 15-20 games before its over with.

I think sometimes I am too concerned with beating the number. I've let some winners go by cause a half point line move scared me off the play. I just got burned on this damn BC/Nevada game. I swear it was 9.5 for weeks and I stopped checking it. Saw it today and had to grab BC at 7.5. Really didn't expect that much movement and this early. Just impossible to predict the direction of the Market sometimes. And that 7.5 might not even be the best number by game time, but I couldn't risk seeing it fall under 7.

Love the "game is played on the field" line. So true. Cause if every game played out the way it looks on paper, everyone would be winning money.

As for the Cowboys Total, haven't checked it. Every time I think the Cowboys get an offense they can handle, they don't. Their Totals scare me. Is it 10 straight Overs for them now? 12-2 O/U for the season. Incredible.
