In the Kansas City Seattle game the line went from KC -2.5 to KC -1.0 in an hour this morning with 74% of the bets on Kansas City.... what am I missing?

rusty smith is a 6th round rookie out of fau, he is very smart and accurate. he has a cannon for an arm, not very fast,,, titans oline should give him time though. he struggles on shorter throws especially out routes. houston will come into the came stacking the box forcing him to pass. rusty smith will connect with moss for a td atleast once. houston will not give the kid credit he deserves here.
