can anyone explain RLM to me quickly? i read about it but i think i still have it backwards cuz i was checkin out some other RLM NCAAFB plays like ECU vs Rice.

ECU had 66% of bets but the line moved from -11 to -8. Isn't this RLM? Majority of betters and yet the line improves. But everyone at other thread says that Rice is the play because their line went from +11 to +8... but isn't that a worse line even with 33% of people on it? CONFURSED
