If you can answer that question, you will be MUCH better off on the short and long term. Pace yourself. Set realistic goals. When you attain them lay it down for the day and enjoy your money. IF and I mean IF you must have some action as the day continues, then risk NO MORE than half your winnings from earlier in the day

Happens but u have to control yourself. I've been doing it with soccer. If I'm having a good day I can place one more bet. If I have 1 or 2 loses then I started to stop myself.

But I don't chase, I used to do that before and got buried losing my money with even bigger units. Now I raise the Units just If I feel secure and keep it between a range 2-3, maximum 4 maybe.

Totally agree. When u are losing in one day better to stop.

Chasing can have 2 ends:

1.- U chase win and brake even (if u r at least responsible to stop when u are even, BUT who the fvckes stops if is chasing?)

2.- U start chasing and worst case scenario U lose the first bet, then U'll double, worst case u'll lose again, double again worst case U'll lose. 2nd, 3rd, 4th loses sometimes are because of desperation of getting back the money, not analyzing the plays and just fvcking yourself!
