The Minnesota Vikings are in much better shape than the Green Bay Packers right now. If both teams were fully healthy, this would be an accurate line. But the Packers are far from it, and Green Bay doesn't stand a chance Sunday with the team they will be fielding. Offensively, they lost two of their top players for the season in RB Ryan Grant and TE Jermichael Finley. Defensively, they have injuries all over the field with several players playing with them, and guys like LB Nick Barnett out for the season.

Minnesota's win over Dallas last week should springboard them the rest of the season. Where the Vikings have the clear edge in this game is on defense, with a stop unit that is allowing 17.6 PPG and 294 total yards per contest. The Vikings are yielding just 192 passing yards per game, which is key because Green Bay can only throw the football. That's also where the Vikings have an edge is on the ground with Adrian Peterson. The Packers' running game is non-existent. The Packers are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games as a favorite, and 1-6 ATS in their last 7 when favored by 3 points or less. Brett Favre threw for 7 touchdowns and no interceptions en route to a 2-0 record against Green Bay last year, and he'll show up to play again Sunday night. Bet the Vikings Sunday.

I was over $400 in profits yesterday. Down $80 today. Bankroll finally takes a hit. Was playing with my profit till now. Should have withdrawn last night. duh

I know everyone says GB is banged up and they had 2 weeks in a row with OT losses. Not to mention loss of Finley and Grant and the fact Minnesota won vs GB 2x last year.

I think this is a make or break game for them and the pack show up at home. The money is pretty evenly split ATS for both teams but the 2.5 pt line makes me think something is fishy.

I still got an hour to decide. I just don't think old man Favre has it in him this year.

thank you sir with that very detailed info... i agree, vikings aint shit , and have played some tough games... i think this line should be vikings -2.5 , love the money line on this for +130. either way, after witnessing GB's last few games, no thanx, i'll take favre, moss, pederson, etc and that stingy vike D straight up!

Auburn will be #1 in the BCS I garuntee it...the computer rankings are huge in the BCS and they were in the top 3 in nearly every computer poll with the other two top 3 teams being Oklahoma and LSU, Auburn will OWN the computer rankings as the #1 this week
