someone care to explain another thing for baseball noob like me?

WTF happened at that game? I can't watch n listen (the commentary of stream i got is in spanish

) to the game, but from espn scoreboard, 1st n 3rd run scored of runner on second from ground out. I thought it's normally happen when runner on third. Is that bad defense on Rays or good running by Rangers? I think I never see such thing from 5 months watching this sport

Edit:aside from umpire call, what i'm more interested, why not once but twice, the runner decided to run to home? I thought normally you only want to advance one base (to third) on ground out

I know I don't post here often but I do follow Pacs plays pretty regularly. I guess you could call me a lurker. I want to say this though. The rays have definitely gotten the short end of the stick to some degree with the umpiring. Even the strike zone seems to be wildly inconsistent between price/lee.

The 1st run Cruz was on second, then ground out to first Cruz started running to 3rd, fvckin defense of tampa was sleeping and they didn't saw cruz going to home!

3rd run ground into DP, Out at second they throw to 1st and they say safe. by that time guerrero already took 3rd, and he saw that Tampa defense wasn't looking at the bases movement and he start going to home, then they throw but it was to late, safe at home!

Sickest part was I bet the Rays expecting a late 1-run win to screw over all the squares expecting a repeat of game 1. Just have absolutely no faith, though, as I have been absolutely crushed in baseball, no matter what I do.. I barely bet it this year, which I'm glad I was able to do, because My teams would blow leads left and right, and I'd almost never comeback.. Just wrecked man.. Thought I'd give the palyoffs a try just tailing Paco's larger plays or other plays I felt had a significant edge, but the only other game I bet was Rays game 1, same sh*t. Lee can't be hit. Why should we have expected anything different from game 1? Sometimes it's just that easy..

Not as much that I dont have anything to add, i just don't spend much time on here. I check pacs thread, then i gtf off and go live my life. I was on here a lot a year ago when I first joined. Then discovered that 90% of the people that post on here aren't any better then I am on my own. I only tail or give any thought to 2 people on here and their picks on any kind of regular basis. Paco with pretty much all sports. Rochester with college fball/NFL.

I agree with that but there are a few more I like to check out when I have a big play.
