That was an absolute heartbreaker for the Giants. They woke a sleeping giant and now it looks like we might have a legit divisional series. Phillies will look forward watching them have to throw out their ace in game 4 if both teams are using a 3 man rotation in the 1st round.

As for the Tampa Bay Rays, we've seen this team go through slumps like this during the regular season and it's tough for them to snap out of it. Matt Garza definitely peaked too early... he's been a rather disappointment post all-star break. I see him giving up 4 ER to the all of a sudden streaking Rangers. Can the Rays put up 5 runs in Arlington after putting up ONE weak opposite field solo shot in two games at home?

I think the line looks fishy. The rays with garza to avoid the sweep should be minus money IMO but they're currently +127. I think Vegas is trying to trick us here and I'm not one to overthink games at all. Just by how the line is set, I really like the Rangers to complete the sweep cuz that's the team Vegas is on. The public generally look at sweeps to be very hard to do so if they see a + line on the team trying to avoid it, they should take the bait and Vegas will clean house. Hope all this makes sense to someone like it does to me.
