This game is intriguing - I am a KU fan, but I live in Manhattan about a mile from the stadium. I will be at the game, but I am pretty unbiased as I don't cheer for either team. I thought I'd offer my thoughts to all of you, although I am really not sure what the play is...

The 'skers are the better team, hands down. If this game is in Lincoln, NU prolly wins by 24 or more (likely more). However, being at home, KSU has a shot at this game if only for the intangibles. This is the last "ever" meeting between these two with NU leaving the Big XII, and K-State wants this game bad. The crowd is going to be jacked for this game - KSU considers Nebraska a rival although Nebraska doesn't reciprocate that.

The X-factor is Coach Snyder - he is so good at game planning and strategy that betting against him is tough. For KSU to win, they need NU to shoot themselves in the foot (think 3-4 turnovers) or they need to somehow figure out how to run the ball. KSU quarterback is horrible, and they are so one dimensional this will be tough. IF, and I mean IF, KSU can figure out how to run the ball, they will control the clock, shorten the game, and try and make NU play their game.

That said, I think KSU wins this game at home I would hope 2 out of 10 times, however that may be generous. The play here may be just be under as I don't think KSU can score more than 21 points, and that is pushing it. My concern with that play is NU could light up KSU's Defense and put up 30 rather easily. In going to the game not affiliated, I am hoping it goes into the fourth quarter within 10 points, but I don't think that happens...

I think it will drop to around 9 and stay around there. I believe the USC moneyline is great value at +330, and will drop also. USC offense is not even close to Oregon but Im sure the Trojans picked up a few pointers from the Ducks on how to play them. But then again, Stanford might blow em out the water, small play for me.

It's not going anywhere, it opened at Stanford -7.5 and got pounded up to -10. This will be the best value you get if you are going to take SC

Paco, USC did not look that great against Washington last week. They are facing Stanford now, why you like this play?

I'm heavy on Stanford from the minute this line came out. Jim Harby hates USC more than anything in the world (remember he ran up the score last year and went for 2pt conversion up like 41-10 in the 4th quarter?). Stanford still has an outside shot at the Pac-10 and SC really has nothing to play for. Not to mention Oregon's speed just got stanford out of what they want to do...they will get back to ground and pound SC's marginal defense until the they have no interest in stopping them IMO.

BOL to you though Paco, the ML does have good value, just keep in mind this isn't the USC of the last few years. you know I got nothing but respect for your plays.

IMO, Trojans did not look that impressive last week against Washingtons but you never know
