My friend who's been tracking this for a couple of years said the same thing to me 2hrs ago. When in doubt at all, take the American League team. If really confused, take all American league teams and you'll profit more often than not. She doesn't see that changing this year so far.

to add to this, this used to work better when NL teams played in AL parks cause of the DH effect, but since AL DHs have not been so hot this year it's probably moot

A definite possibility I'm sure. But she's adamant that most AL teams are stronger than NL ones so I'll just stick with her theory if I'm stuck since she did the work and I'm too tired and lazy to do it myself at the moment.

No, i try to cap every game individually. Sometimes i may just ride the hot team till the wheels fall off, i dont know if that would be considred a sysytem or not (example: Boston Celtics, been hitting em spread and moneyline. Cincy Reds, yesterdays melt down stung

A pitcher with an over 8 ERA is heavily favored today. This will only happen with the Yankees. Do guys think Yanks will win with Vazq on the mound?

dont let the ERA fool u. Vazquez had a great outing last time against my Tigers. I beleive he only gave up 2 runs in 7 innings. Then on another note, look at Lincecum has a great ERA and gave up 5 runs in 4 innings last night.
