statfox says take the eagles because there will be alot of vick and kolb tonight. kinda like getting two starters in the same game instead of a crummy backup. plus they have some type of 70% underdog stat to go along with it.

on a scale of 1-10 i give it a 7. tor leads the league in int's caused and have a good rushing game. hamilton's offense has been decent so game will be close. if tor win turnover battle, they cover. and i think they win it. worth a parlay bet, but still bet the phils strong as well.
