nobody is pitching better than the a's right now..check the stats...if the a's can score 4-5 runs they will win.the rays have proven time and time again that they can be no-hit or near no-hit..long flight from the east coast and a night game and this is the right call taking the a's...way lesser pitchers have shut them down...cahills era in this stretch is 0.28 against the likes of minnesota, texas twice and the whitesox...good luck if you are on rays

now that i have the Nationals to root for -- even though they are a last place team -- i can honestly say that as i look back on those 35 years, i consider myself lucky to have grown up with NO team, rather than have grown up a Cubs fan.

Im giving it one more off season because I have been waiting for the chicago tribune to sell the cubs my whole life. Im going to see what manager we get and how much cash this guy spends this off season. If he starts steinbernering some shit Im in.....if its the same old shit im officially a south side man in black next season.

That was a day game on Sunday, OAK specialty. The time before that (albeit almost too long ago to be relevant) Sonnenstine went 6 strong giving up 2 in a 3-2 win. Like I said, I'm on OAK in this one but I like the under too.
