Latos lost 7-1 in his only start versus the cubs in his career. Zambrano hasnt allowed more than 3 runs in his last 9 starts versus the padres and is 6-3 in that span( team record). The cubs rarely get swept at wrigley in 4 game sets. I think lots of things favor the cubs today.

I know Big Z has an okay record against the Pads and the Pads havent swept the cubbies in their house since 06, also the last time Latos faced the cubbies(1yr ago exactly) he only lasted 3.2 innings but that is history and how good have the Pads been in history?? What did everyone say at the beginnng of the season about the Pads..Hell they were going to trade A.Gonzalez before the ASB!! Completely different team here so those stats are really hard to put any weight on...I believe the Cubbies will struggle to hit Latos and he prob wont get much run support either so taking the cubbies isnt as bad as it seems but I wouldnt!! Good Luck....Look what they did to the Pirates!!
