It's my own fault for not writing down the ticket number. Obviously it is upsetting. But I think I'm more upset with the way their customer service handled it. Sorry.... you don't just say "Sir, you can look in your own account - there is no record of the bet." and then just ignore me when I respond. Either way.... it's a new day. I'd love nothing more than to hammer them today!!
