Touts are like leeches who won't put there own money on games and depends on others to play there picks. If there picks are "so great", why won't they just bet em thereself and make money, instead of depending on a cut when it wins?

If someone charges for the service then they have more funds available to hire analysts to help with research, thus they can offer a better product.
