It means you can't just play that 320 once, hit a winner and cash out. You have to keep putting that money in play -- ten times at least -- and then you'll be able to cash out any profit you might make. The deal is they figure if you have to bet that amount 10 times you will eventually lose it and have nothing left to cash out.
