Good luck on your plays today Paco. I'm making a Excel Spreadsheet of your plays this month, if you don't mind. Until now (3 days) up 28 units. If you want, I can send to you. Let me know.
Can you put all available data onto the spreadsheet like RL, ML, odds, data, who vs who etc and send to me as well please?

ive been told by some smart guys so i stay true to the system, your unit size should be 3 to 4% of your bankroll as not to get greedy. adjust as needed!

IMO you can change the amount of your units whenever you change the amount of your bankroll just make sure your unit value is no more than 5-10% of your roll!! It wont change anything but make your small wins bigger! Good Luck!!

Any thoughts on SF today. Bumgarner can hang with Ubaldo even if he didnt have an off nite and SF is still leading the 2 hitting .292 off righties whereas FLA is only hitting .265 off lefties..the bullpens have been damn near even over the last several games and with the line at +173 its tempting!! Nothing favors COL!

The folly of aggressive baserunning. Close to finishing the book "Moneyball" in which, among many other new ways of thinking about baseball, Oakland GM Billy Beane practically forbids his players to steal bases. That it is not worth the out that often comes with it. We've seen that now twice in the Reds game. First batter gets on base, thrown out stealing second. Votto comes up and hits a double to deep right. Which would likely have scored that runner and had Votto in position to score with only one out. Reds come out of that inning with zip. Now in top of the third Nix gets thrown out trying to make it to second on sacrifice fly. Bases loaded inning with no outs and they come away with one run instead of 2 or more. I'm all for Billy Beane's style. Especially when I've got Cincy on the RL.

You should never get thrown out trying to reach 2nd on a sac fly. Ever. Nix should've been immediately pulled; that's worse than making the final out of the inning at 3rd base.

Trying to psyche this out following the game on ESPN Gamecast. What might have happened is they tried to get the runner out at home on the sacrifice, then nailed Nix when he tried to make it to second. Either way, aggressive baserunning kills another big opportunity. But from what I've heard game announcers say, that's what Cincy's all about this year. They take pride in saying we're going from first to third.
