I never think wagering -300 is a value. I just don't think it's pirates or nothing like you mentioned. Of course parlays factor in -300 and of course you don't put in a large amount on parlays. I do however see value parlaying say for example, Toronto RL with cards ml. Where 100 pays out 180 and just going on toronto RL pays +105. Even parlaying both those ML, 108 pays out 100 for two teams that should win IMO. GL to you as well. Just trying to give readers more options.

Yup, I saw that game and he did walk 9, buy when u think about it, thas even tougher, to pitch with runners on and keep that composure. How many pitchers we see that have a no-hitter going and as soon as a guy finally gets a double and in scoring position, that they fall apart? I agree bout the prospect part, but looks like the Whitesox wanna win Now and not down the road, and I think this trade is great for them. Doesn't hurt that he knows the Twins/Tigers very well also.

How many pitchers we see that have a no-hitter going and as soon as a guy finally gets a double and in scoring position, that they fall apart? I agree bout the prospect part, but looks like the Whitesox wanna win Now and not down the road, and I think this trade is great for them. Doesn't hurt that he knows the Twins/Tigers very well also.

As a Sox fan, i love the trade. it's exactly what they need with Peavy going down. A guy who will eat up innings and be decent. They didn't need a #1 guy. If their offense continues, he should do very well.
