Hey come on... hockey team's -1.5 is wayyy different from baseball -1.5. lol during the previous hockey season i went 3-4 playing Fav PLsi hear ya. i've been tracking the same thing. here's my problem. i chase a team to win outright. during the nhl season i played regulation winners to reduce the juice, and my team would win in OT. they got the win, i got the loss. couldn't stand it. same goes with the runline. i would rather just cut the line in half than give a run and a half. you make a great point and i appreciate the suggestion. keep them comin. i'm still a new guy at this and have alot of stuff in my head and on paper. i have to find one thing and stick with it. this is why i like this thread, there is a good group of people in here that try to help each other out. that's what this is about, helping each other win some $$$$$.

Apparently in MLB some teams gives up the game after losing a couple of points early on in baseball in order to prepare for the next game the following day. Frankly this is my first MLB betting season too and im more of a follower than a capper. Hope dem redsox can make dem indians give up fast and take it away makin a killin

For hockey, you should go for OT wins, there's too much tied game now with better goalies, better defensemen and better coaching. A good approach is the 1st period Over (learned this from DG
). I also found the team totals to be a nice wager to go on. I'll try it next season. PL are great in playoff else I wouldn't go on it too much. Had a great finish with the Canadiens and Hawks last season.
We could do a mini contest here for the next NHL season, just for fun I mean. DG would be the man to beat
