*I think the Padres will prevail over the Dodgers, so I had to play this game, as I accidentally put my money on the Dodgers instead of the Astros (oops!).

TeeCee,
I'm also on this "Tony" system now. Bad cat is using basically the same rules, but she got them from "coworkers". I like the under +150 cutoff too. If you get too high, I think there is just too much risk. You using his rules on the unders too?

Using the rules for the unders as well, BigJ. Some of these plays are just my plays, obviously. For instance the M's run line (amazing, a run was balked in, when M's pitcher get caught up on the rubber. Sheesh!), and the Cubs -2.5. I wasn't gonna lay any juice with the Cubs, but thought they'd win by 8-5, 9-5 count. Lost, but it's only a unit. I'm gonna TRY and stick to only system plays from now on.

SHI-TTY!
In hindsight, I should have just bought out of the Dodgers bet as best I could. I forgot to account for the fact that the Dodgers had won 3 in a row, which means they should not be played against.
3-10, -?u (will figure it out tomorrow the 16th, and change my sig accordingly)

Teece, Did you filter out Seattle b/c the moneyline was too high (over +150) and Detroit b/c the opposing pitcher was ranked #22? Just trying to get a handle on the system. Thanks

Yes. I really wanted to hit Seattle's ML, but I'll wait to see what happens with today's game. I think the Mariners may win the series, so I might hit 'em up tomorrow. Lester is ranked #22, you're correct. I try to cut it off at #25, but the system says 20. Lester has been hot to move up to 22, and as I was doing homework, the Tigers line actually moved +150, yet another reason to stay away.

Thanks for answering. I may try to keep track of the plays that are over +150 to see how they fare out for the year.

I just didn't feel like opening the computer to post yesterday, so I just plugged my plays in on my phone. I'll post some plays for tomorrow here in a minute. I've got the exact same plays as bad_cat.

Hey Teecee, everyone seems to be on the Yankees today (may 17th).. but yankees got swept or beat 2-1 against detroit and Boston killed detroit.. any significance to this or yankees are still the play?

Papaya, I have no opinion on the R. Sox/Yankee game. I'd lean under if anything, but I'm just trying to play some dogs that have a shot a winning a ballgame. Sorry I couldn't assist you.

Couldn't do it, BigJ. Holland is rated highly in group C's pitchers at the Sagarin site. Best of luck.

IDK what to make of the Brew Crew. I wouldn't put one cent on them right now.

Ordinarily, Wilforth, I wouldn't do this. I just keep passing over dogs that have lost 3 or more in a row, and I keep seeing them win, while my dogs that have a win streak, or 2 or less losses, keep losing. Just thought I'd take a stab at it. As you can see, I don't feel super about it. April was just too good, and the struggles in May are getting to me.
Just started to follow your thread about a week ago after seeing Bad Cat's. I was wondering why you somtimes have more plays than her? It seems to me you are both using the same system but today you have 4 more plays. Are they personal plays or something you find in the system which makes them a go?

Player, I have no clue why she's not on Colorado. She most likely stayed away from Milwaukee b/c they've lost 6 or 7 in a row, and I would normally lay off as well, but I'm rolling with it today. She is not on the M's b/c they are a fave. On page 1, I state that I will play a small pct of faves, and this one in particular looked okay to me, but bear in mind, my RL's have not been working out for me lately.

Teecee...I notice you maybe using "Stoff's" system for underdogs...anyways, dont forget the other ingredient or filter....if a pitcher is listed in sagarin top 20 npera you throw the game out UNLESS the top 20 pitcher is throwing for the dog. Anyways..I happen to know the author of this system very well lol We are practically neighbors here in vegas.
Wow....9 plays. I think Bad_Cat only has 2 today. PiMike is going BIG on NYY over TB. Hope all or most of these work out for you. Not sure yet if I can committ to that many plays. Last time I did I went 2-6.

If you don't feel comfortable, GG, don't tail. Please? I guarantee my units are much smaller than most folks around here, so I don't get hurt too much on horrible days. I'm still up over 40 units this season, so I can afford a bad week. Maybe you can't. Wager wisely, bud.

What are you updated units? I assume what you have now in your sig is not correct.

I've been tallying everyday for the last few, I just haven't updated the sig. I'll get around to it sometime in the next couple days.
