Interesting forum. Correct me if I am wrong.. It seems like when Florida won is all in 07 and 2003 they had one of the highest payrolls.

It sucks but the yanks have one of the highest payrolls and they basically buy the championship.

eh...97 had a decent payroll compared to usual but 03 was a cheap one too and both times they came outta nowhere...that's why 03 over the yanks was HUGE for those small market teams

i still believe that the 1997 team coulda won 3-4 straight world series crowns....they were STACKED and coulda easily become one of the greatest dynasties in all of sports

and totally true with the yanks..that's why they're my most hated team and LOOOOVE seeing em lose in the playoffs
