It doesn't matter what he says or not. Deal with clickbank only. They have an 8 week money back guarantee. It's not JM's choice if he wants to enforce it or not. True, he can initially the refund, but if you get in contact with clickbank and demand a refund, that you weren't satisifed, then you will receive it, provided that you made the purchase within that 8 week time period.

If you use money management you will profit. I am a trader and I think it's funny how people say you'll lose money with this system. I never bought it just found it on the internet and have used it for 1 1/2 years. NBA hits hard at times but I just bet from b on. If you just use 5% of your roll each wager you will make money. I use it to hedge against my financial instruments. There is NO standard financial instrument that can reach the level of returns monthly PERIOD. So if you want to be a big gambling baller smashing pick after pick it's not for you. But if you use it to diversify an existing portfolio you will make at least 50% of your portfolio every month (depending on your risk exposure). And NEVER increase the size of your bets until you have AT LEAST matched principle. I is worth $195 or whatever he charges.

I paid the $5, which is fine, but when I said I want the $197 refunded back he sent that email i posted... Im trying to just deal with clickbank now

I agree. I've bought several of his products, and they're worth the money. The fact that these JM threads even exist on sbr, that people follow his systems, and most importantly, that people make money, year-in, year-out, proves that it's worth the money. I don't understand how people say not to buy the product. 1. You're supporting the very guy that is making you $$. 2. Somebody had to buy the systems and share them. Are people really this naive?

Yes but he doesn't get $192 until 7 days have passes. Its like a "Try my system for only $5 for 7 days" then he gets 192... But I requested a refund from Click bank now, so we'll see what happenes

that's what i was thinkin. there's no reason why CB shouldn't stop that transaction from goin through. you weren't happy w/ the trial period.

what trial period??? Today is thursday and He didn't give me one pick, but then emailed me saying "We had a great day tues with 3 mlb wins and the Lakers win" Im like wtf? I didn't receive any email on that. It maybe cause I just signed up monday... IDK, but if I can get the picks here why should I dish out a buck 97 to him...

CONGRATS! now all ya have to do is follow this thread and the daily picks and you're all set. aren't ya even interested in finding out what his trial picks were for the last 4 days, that are floatin around somewhere in your spam box,etc.?

If the guy was above board i would probably agree. We all know he recommends books which slant lines against his so called customers, we all know that any loss will be turned into a win somehow. Basically the customer care and support for these products stinks- that's why nobody has a bad conscience when they take something back from him (whoever "he" is)

I'm not bashing at all, I'm the first one who says that with good money management his systems work, but I don't understand why to pay for something that is available for free!!!

And we all know JM is not what you can call a honest man, so if you want to support him just transfer him some money and let the others save a couple of hundreds.

Balt. is my only favorite, unofficial, american league team. Love the park, their pretty uniforms, pretty little orioles, inner harbor, plenty of seats avail.(when yanks & sox aren't in town),& couldn't tell ya half the roster at this point in time.
