Starting pitching for both teams, trying to find an advantage in your favour there. And also trying to find some value in the line.

Bullpens. Starters are conditioned for 6-7 innings and with their pitch count closely managed, relievers will play a key role this year.

Being a Braves fan I'd have to agree with bullpen....Not easy watching games when you can't trust the 7th, 8th, & closer

Managers, always liked LaRussa. Seems to always have team competitive despite injuries. And St Louis tradition.

Betting factor is definitely bullpen. I wouldn't say I'd bet on a team because they have a good pen, but a bad 'pen can definitely make a good bet look bad, and hence move your opinion to the other side.

Hitting is streaky, umpires are meant to be fair to both teams, so he won't have a big effect on the game (unless you personally know how the ump calls game (low strikes, wide zone...) and how the starting pitcher pitches, there isn't going to be an advantage except maybe o/u.
